Silverpine International School welcomes applications from families who share our commitment to learning, character and community. This policy explains how admissions are decided fairly and transparently.
1. Eligibility and age criteria
Children are placed according to their age on 31 March of the admission year:
- Playgroup: 2 years 6 months or older
- Nursery: 3 years 6 months or older
- Prep: 4 years 6 months or older
- Grade 1: 5 years 6 months or older, and one year older for each subsequent grade
2. Assessment
Early Years applicants attend an informal play session with a member of our Early Years team. Applicants for Grade 1 and above sit an age-appropriate assessment in English, Mathematics and Urdu, followed by a short interview with the parents.
3. Documents required
- Completed online application form
- B-Form / birth certificate (copy)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- CNIC copies of both parents or the guardian
- Last school report and a school leaving certificate (Grade 1 and above)
- Vaccination record (Early Years)
4. Priority and fairness
When applications exceed available seats, priority is given to siblings of current students and children of staff, followed by assessment results. We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, ethnicity or disability, and reasonable adjustments are made for children with special educational needs.
5. Confirmation of admission
A seat is confirmed once the admission fee and security deposit are paid within the time stated in the offer letter. Unclaimed offers may be passed to the next applicant on the waiting list.
