1. Your student dashboard

Welcome, Ali — After signing in you see your Dashboard: today's date, your class and a greeting. Billboard opens your class board.
Your shortcuts — Tiles for everything you use most: Timetable, Homework, Attendance, Results, Fees, Online classes, Billboard and Messages.
How you are doing — Your attendance this month, the next holiday, any fees due and unread messages — each tile opens the details.
Today and your latest result — Today's timetable lists your periods and teachers. Latest result shows your score, grade and position, with a link to your report card. Scroll down for homework due, online classes, events, notices and your library books.

Open Timetable — Click Timetable in your shortcuts (or My School → Timetable in the menu).
Your week — Every period with the subject, teacher and room. Today is highlighted; breaks are shown in between.
Print a copy — Print gives you a neat copy for your notebook or fridge.

Open Homework — Click Homework in your shortcuts (menu: My School → Homework).
What is due — Homework is sorted into Due soon, Overdue, Submitted and Graded. Each card shows the subject, teacher and due date.
Open a homework — Click a card to open it — here Essay: My Favourite Season, due tomorrow.
Write your answer — Read the instructions, then type your answer in Hand in your work. You can also attach a photo of your notebook, a PDF or a document.
Submit — Click Submit homework.
Submitted! — Your work is handed in and your teacher is notified. When it is marked you will see your marks and feedback here, and get a notification.

Open Online quizzes — In the menu open My School → Online quizzes. Available now shows quizzes you can take.
Read the instructions — Click Start quiz to see the number of questions, time limit and total marks. You get one attempt, and the timer keeps running even if you close the page.
Start the timer — Click Start quiz and confirm. The timer starts immediately.
Answer the questions — Pick one answer per question. The bar at the top shows how many you have answered and the time left; answers are saved as you go and submitted automatically if time runs out.
Submit your answers — When you are done, click Submit answers and confirm.
Your score — You see your score, correct answers and time taken straight away. Below, every question shows the correct answer and an explanation, so you can learn from mistakes.

Open Results — Click Results in your shortcuts (menu: My School → Results). Each published exam is a tab with your overall percentage.
Subject by subject — For every subject: marks, percentage, grade, the class average for comparison and your teacher's remarks.
Trends and strengths — Performance trend tracks your percentage exam by exam, and Subject strengths shows where you shine.
Report card — Click Report card to open a printable report card with grades, position, attendance and remarks — it carries a QR code anyone can scan to verify it.
Print or save as PDF — Use Print to print it or save it as a PDF.

Open Attendance — Click Attendance in your shortcuts (menu: My School → Attendance).
Month at a glance — Each day is coloured: present, absent, late, leave or holiday. Use the arrows to see earlier months.
Absences and late days — Recent absences & late days lists the dates with any remarks from your teacher.
Need a day off? — Apply for leave sends a leave application to your class teacher (parents can apply too).

Open the Class Billboard — Click Billboard on your dashboard (menu: My School → Class Billboard).
Your class wall — The Star of the week, pinned posts from your teacher, notices, homework due, birthdays and house points — all in one place.
React to a post — Tap 👏, ❤️ or 👍 under a post to react. Tap again to take it back.
Vote in a poll — Polls let your class decide things together — tap an option to vote and see the results.

Open Online classes — Click Online classes in your shortcuts (menu: My School → Online Classes). You also get a notification when your teacher goes live.
Join the live class — A live class shows a red LIVE badge and how many minutes are left. Click Join now.
You are in the classroom — The classroom opens full-screen. Allow your camera and microphone when the browser asks. Leave takes you back; your attendance is recorded automatically.

Open My library — In the menu open My School → Library. An alert warns you if a book is overdue.
Borrowed and history — Currently borrowed shows due dates and any fine; Reading history lists every book you have read.
Read e-books — Open the E-book shelf to read books and revision notes online — free, any time.

Your dashboard on the phone — SchoolPilot works as a mobile app (PWA). Open the school's address in your phone browser and sign in — the dashboard adapts to the small screen.
The bottom bar — The bar at the bottom gives one-tap access to Home, Timetable, Homework, Fees and the full Menu.
Homework on the go — Tap Homework to see what is due; cards stack neatly on the phone and you can hand in work with a photo from your camera.
The full menu — Tap Menu to open every section — results, quizzes, online classes, the billboard and more.
