This interactive guide works best with JavaScript turned on. Here is the text version (10 flows, 45 steps).
1. Switch between your children
- Your family dashboard — After signing in you see the dashboard for your first child — Ali Shah, Grade 5 A: timetable, latest result, homework due, fees, notices and the class billboard.
- Open the child switcher — The name at the top right shows whose information you are viewing. Click it to see all your children.
- Pick a child — Each child is listed with their class. Choose Zara Shah — Grade 2 A.
- Everything follows the selected child — The dashboard, attendance, homework, results, fees and messages now show Zara. Switch back the same way at any time.
2. Attendance & leave for your child
- Open Attendance — With Zara selected, click Attendance on the dashboard (menu: My School → Attendance).
- Absences and late days — Dates your child was absent or late are listed with the teacher's remarks.
- Apply for leave — Need a day off for your child? Click Apply for leave.
- Fill in the application — Pick the dates, the type of leave (sick, family event, travel…) and write a short reason. You can attach a medical certificate.

4. Fees: challan, online payment & receipt
- Open Fees — Click Fees (menu: My School → Fees, or the bottom bar on a phone). The chips show every child with what is outstanding.

- Print the bank challan — The challan prints three copies on one A4 page (bank, school and student) with a barcode and QR code. Pay it at the bank and the accounts office matches it.
- Pay online instead — Back on Fees, click Pay now.
- Choose how to pay — The invoice breakdown (tuition, lab, transport and any late fee) is on the left. Choose JazzCash, Easypaisa or a card. In this demo each shows a Demo sandbox payment button — no real money moves.
- Confirm the payment — You are taken to the payment page (here the JazzCash sandbox). Enter the one-time PIN and click Pay.
- Payment successful — You return to the school with a success message; the invoice is marked paid and a receipt is sent to your notifications.
